Q: How does your online store work?

Q: Which countries do you deliver to?

A: We deliver to most countries in the world. If your country is not listed when you provide your address during the checkout, it is most likely because we are not able to ship to that country. In that case please let us know so that we can confirm that.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: We generally ship within 2 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) of processing the order. Occasionally, unexpected delays will occur, and your order will be on back order. Back orders can take about 15 days and we can cancel your order upon request if we have not already shipped the product.

REGULAR delivery is sent via registered air mail. Please note that this shipment method can take about 3 to 4 weeks. Delivery time can depend on various factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, and international transit, so please order your medicines well in advance. Delivery is $9.95 worldwide.

PRIORITY delivery is sent via EMS Courier (global express mail). This shipment method can take from 8 to 10 days to arrive. Delivery is $29.95 to the US, $42.95 to Canada and Europe, and $52.95 to the rest of the world.

    Q: Why am I not getting the weekly newsletter I signed up for?

    A: If you are not receiving our weekly newsletters, please look in your junk mail folder. Because of the problem with unsolicited e-mail advertising ("spam"), most e-mail services (such as Hotmail and Yahoo) search for e-mails that look like advertising and automatically classify them as junk mail regardless of the fact that you have signed up for these regular newsletters.
